Emotional Freedom Technique
(Tapping)

What is EFT / Tapping?

EFT  or TAPPING is the practice which consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through traumatic memories and a wide range of emotions.

Energy circulates through your body along a specific network of channels. You can tap into this energy at any point along the system simply by tapping on the meridian points.

Tapping on these points – while concentrating on accepting and resolving the negative emotion – will access your body’s energy, restoring it to a balanced state.

All negative emotions are thought to be a disruption of the body’s energy. The body, like everything in the universe, is composed of energy. Tapping is a healing modality that when done will restore balance to the body’s energy. It is a tool that allows you to mend the negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption.

Tapping is simple and painless. It can be learned by anyone.  It can be used with specific emotional intent towards healing the challenges and experiences that may be hindering your development. It gives you the power to heal yourself, putting control over your destiny back into your own hands.

It is wonderful tool which can be utilized to create a better and more balanced life.

Testimonials

"I had never tried EFT or tapping before and I'm pleasantly surprise by how helpful our virtual session and follow up guide has been in alleviating my immediate anxieties. I think your personalization is key to this but also the guide that you provided to me so I can continue tapping on my own as part of a regular stress-reducing routine at home. It is easier than I thought too but I couldn't have done this without your guidance and keen ability to tune into what I really need to focus on to address my anxiety and negative thinking. Thank you and I look forward to continuing my journey with the tools you've given me and regular sessions to keep up the tapping to support a move to a more positive and calm me."
